Tteokbokki is a popular Korean street food that is made with chewy rice cakes simmered in a red, sweet and spicy Gochujang sauce with fish cakes, egg, and other assorted ingredients.
Tteokbokki goes well with ramen noodles, Kimbap, fish cakes, fried Mandu, chicken, shrimp or vegetables etc.
